Healthy, Fruity Ice Pops for Every Occasion

These easy-to-make ice pops are light, colorful and perfect for that sweet craving! They are super clean & easy to make! I will also be sharing a boozy option to serve any adult who likes fruity drinks – versatile pops for everyone to enjoy? Yes please! The inspiration for these pops came from some of my favorite flavor combinations : Banana + Coconut & anything Citrus + Mint! Both recipes make 12 Ice Pops 

You will need an ice pop maker! I used this one

 

Banana + Coconut + Blueberry Ice Pop

Ingredients

1 12oz Can of Coconut milk
1 Banana
1 Handful of Blueberrys
3 TBSP Maple Syrup
Optional : ½ cup Coconut Rum

In a blender, pour in the milk, banana and maple syrup. Add the rum here too, if you choose. Blend until there are no chunks of banana and everything is combined.
Now that you have your mixture, pour it into your ice pop mold. Fill each about ¾ of the way. Add in the blueberries. Freeze overnight!

Grapefruit + Pomegranate + Mint Ice pop

Ingredients

Juice of 1 Grapefruit
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
¼ Cup of Water
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 Handful of Pomegranate Seeds
A few Mint Leaves
Optional: 1/4 Cup of Tequila

Combine all of your liquid ingredients into a blender until well mixed. Add in a handful of mint leaves to the mixture and pulse 3 to 4 times. Pour this mixture into your ice pop molds, add in pomegranate seeds. Freeze over night!
