Simple lace. And heirloom veil. White everything. This at-home boudoir session is one of my favorites to date. And let me tell you, my bride, Kayla, killed it! Kayla is a fiancé (WIFE after next Monday!!! Eek!), mother, sister, and daughter. She radiates joy and sweetness, and is so beautiful on the inside and out! I truly enjoyed capturing these moments for her in the place that her and her husband-to-be will call home after next week. How special is that?
Bridal boudoir is something that I like to view as a celebration of the short time of fiancé-dom. Did I just make that word up? Yes. Yes I did. But you get the point! This time is SO often taken for granted, and I believe when done right, bridal boudoir can reflect all the emotions of excitement and joy that come with being a fiancé and anticipating the Big Day! I always have a simplistic, classic and ethereal approach to bridal boudoir. I believe this creates timeless, emotional and elegant images that will be treasured for years to come. Please Enjoy!
I mean, just look at the image below! PURE JOY, PEOPLE! I actually teared up editing this one. Because I'm emotional and love love.
